魏兆军1970年11月出生,博士、教授、博士生导师。教育部食品科学与工程专业教学指导委员会委员;享受国务院政府特殊津贴、教育部新世纪优秀人才、安徽省第4批优秀青年基金获得者(现安徽省杰出青年基金)、黄山学者特聘教授;安徽省农林特产食品加工产业技术创新战略联盟理事长、合肥市营养学会理事长。国家自然科学基金、教育部科技项目、国家留学基金委基金、浙江省自然科学基金等评审专家;国家科技进步奖、教育部科技进步奖等评审专家;Trends in Food Science & Technology、Food Chemistry、Industrial Crops and Products等国内外50余期刊审稿人。先后获得国家科学技术进步二等奖,中国农业科学院科技进步二等奖,农业部科学技术进步一等奖,安徽省科技进步三等奖等。
